PRICING RENTAL APARTMENT IN PORT

High season (=July & August, September ) /week. The current occupation is for 4 people !!! 1 BEDROOM with double bed and 1 FULL BEDROOM FOR 2 PEOPLE, brand new bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and washbasin.
– Mid season (= May, June & October and 2nd half of December ) €/week
– Low season ( = January to April , November and first half of December ) €/week.
Prices in low season for longer periods negotiable ie OVERWINTER !!! Payment conditions see useful info!

– There is a deposit of 250 euro blocked and the cleaning of 120 euro is mandatory provided by the cleaning team !
– When booking please indicate each person by name and age , please ( for insurance & administration ).

  • The low season is October to March, the high season is April to September (as well as 22 December to 2 January).
  • low season ROOM 1 =  80 euro/ 2pers incl. breakfast         –      high season  ROOM 1=  100 euro/ 2pers incl. breakfast
  •                          ROOM 2 = 100 euro/ 2pers incl. breakfast       –                                 ROOM 2 =  120 euro/ 2pers incl. breakfast

  • LUXURY ROOM under construction, can also be used as a family room for 4 persons ( information & photos to follow)
  • EXTRA BED = for children 4 years and over 20 euro extra including breakfast          –         BABY BED  10 euros/ per night
  • During the high season, we rent out from Saturday to Saturday! (for villa rental and long periods)
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS!!!
  • For longer stays of 14 days DISCOUNT: buy 12 days, get 2 days FREE!!!
  • Let us know if there is a special occasion.
  • Min. 2 nights in the high season!!!
  • 1 night only: 10 euros extra/room/night (incl. breakfast)
  • Single: is 10 euros less than the normal room price (incl. breakfast)
